transitional period

handing my letter tomorrow. the people there actually look forward to me going, heh. stuff like so last three days? when you leaving? other places are better than here. its good that you are going. hahahaha
must have piss too many people off, well actually not all. some inadvertantly. 3 purposely.
i'm not really racist and all, but i tell ya there are some singaporean malays who has the er... their northern counterpart mentality going on. they'll huddle together, conspire, openly voice their dissatisfaction of other colleagues amongst themselves for all to hear. its just bad. yesterday there was this "auntie" that went for her break, which consists of 45 mins. so since i'm so used to it, it was always around 1 hour + 10 minutes or so, then i waited. 1 and a half hour pass, so i'm like hmmmm. 2 hours pass and i'm like edgy, dont like to be taken advantage of... especially when i'm knocking off in 10 minutes, i called up the other shop, to see if the "aunty" there. the most senior "aunty" picks up,
i went is she there? (direct sounding)
she just left (like nothing is wrong)
i hung up.

she came back, and i walked off.
went back to the main shop to punch out, saw the senior "aunty" sitting there in the store room/ office. (its the norm, god knows what she does all the time in there, but she is not bothered to do any work at the shopfloor.
so she was just sitting there (not doing anything)
i came in, went for my card
she stared at me
i punched out and walked out
before i could even left the doorway i can hear her on the phone going, just now you know what kevin did...
i'm like whatever...

made her shout at me till she was quiverring one time, cos she wanted to go dinner together with another aunty. this happened when there was 3 person working that shift in the same shop. norm, they take turns. she called me up at the other shop.
where are you?
i'm like... you called this shop and got me on the line?
come in here now!
so went there, she started shouting and quivered all over.
goes like this...
kevin dont you know i havent eaten?
me and the other "aunty" want to go dinner together!
i'm like hey, i am covering someone else who went for dinner at the other shop.
she went i dont want to hear your explanation! take some initiative kevin!
i'm like whatever again, walked away from her face

now i'm supposed to take some initiative by being a mindreader... did not see that on my jobscope
ahh wells, good riddance to this place
